Terms of Service Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what is needed to run the game and nothing else. We do not sell your data, and there are no ads or trackers.

What we collect

• Email address — so you can sign in and recover your account
• Display name and avatar — shown to other players
• Game progress — coins, level, rank, cosmetics, achievements
• Friends and blocks — who you have added or blocked
• Chat messages — deleted automatically after 24 hours
• Reports — kept while we review them

What we do not collect

• Your real name, address, or phone number
• Payment details — nothing is sold in-game
• Location beyond the rough region used to pick a game server
• Anything from your device outside the game

Who can see it

Other players see your display name, avatar, level, rank and any tags. They cannot see your email address.

Your data is stored with Google Firebase and Microsoft PlayFab, and multiplayer runs through Photon. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Voice calls

Calls in CRIX Chat go directly between the two devices. Audio is never sent to or stored on our servers, and calls are not recorded.

Your choices

• Change your display name or avatar at any time
• Set yourself invisible so others cannot see you online
• Turn off friend requests entirely
• Ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it

To delete your account, email cgvr@crixgamingvr.com from the address you signed up with. We will remove it within 30 days.

Children

The game is not aimed at under-13s and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will remove it.

Security

Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase — we never see or store your password. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password you do not reuse elsewhere.
